I'm in! How do I make a reservation?

Contact us at 305-799-0561 Reservations with Deluxe Party Rentals require a non-refundable deposit in advance of the event: $50 for orders less than $200 and $100 otherwise. On the day of the event, you will be required to read and sign our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.

How far in advance should I reserve my rentals? 

As soon as possible. The sooner you make a reservation, the better chance you have of ensuring that your party's time, date and bounce house theme are available. It is not unusual for Deluxe Party Rentals customers to book weeks or even months in advance.

  • We recommend that you place the order in advance. At least 1 week before the day of the event.

I'm planning an important event. How much involvement do you need from me? 

As much or as little as you like! At Deluxe Party Rentals, we're committed to bringing unique, memorable fun to your event and ensuring that your coordinating experience is stress-free. As a full-service party rental company, we're with you every step of the way, from selecting the bounce house, tent or concession machine that fits your needs to timely delivery to efficient, non-intrusive cleanup.

Deluxe Party Rental is a full-service party rental company. What does that mean? 

This means that a number of our services are included in your rental price, saving you time, money, and aggravation. Delivery (to many areas), equipment setup, and cleanup -- they're all included in the prices listed on our website. Full service -- just another way we help make your event stress-free.

What happens if I book a package and it rains?

Mother Nature is unpredictable. Rain happens! In the event of rain cancelling your event prior to setup, your payment (less your deposit) will be refunded. However, once we set the bounce house or other inflatable up at your event, all rental charges will apply. If rain or heavy winds arrive during your event, you should abandon the inflatable as quickly and safely as possible. Before resuming use of the bounce house or inflatable, you must thoroughly dry the inside of the unit, for your safety.

what if i have damaged or missing equipment?

The lessee is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery to the time of return. Our insurance policy does not cover equipment that is out on rental. Please make sure that equipment is secure and protected. We charge for any missing or damaged equipment out on contract.

how long may i keep the equipment?

All rates are for a 24 hour period; however, equipment may be delivered a day before the rental day and picked up a day after. Special rates are available for long term rentals.
